We will not sell your private information and every effort is made to ensure that our site is safe.  We recommend paying by using pay pal.  Our site is equipped with an SSL cert from Go Daddy.com that also allows us to accept credit cards. Personal checks are accepted, however, it will delay the order being sent out by up to two weeks.  NSF Checks will be charged a $50 fee if returned.

  • Our products are hand crafted with utmost care, using the finest ingredients possible, however, please be aware that Sugar Ridge Ranch ~ Country Store, and it's proprietors assume no liability, warranty or responsibilty for the use of any or all products or food items sold or gifted by Sugar Ridge Ranch. No liability, warranty or responsibility is either expressed or implied for any adverse reactions, allergies, illnesses or loss of wages related directly or indirectly to the use, misuse or consumption of any of our products. 

    All items are purchased and used / consumed at your own risk. 

    Our honey is a raw, minimally processed food item. The high pollen count in our honey may cause allergic reactions in some. Honey should not be fed to infants or children under one year of age. 

    No responsibility by Sugar Ridge Ranch, it's employees, or affiliates, is taken for the misuse or misinterpretation in any way of the information provided herein.

    Although great care and research went into creating the content, Aroma therapy and reputed benefits of essential oils and all natural ingredients are alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.

    The FDA does not recognize the practice of aroma therapy. The FDA has not evaluated any statement made within our web site or labeling. None of the information provided is meant to used as a prescription, medical advice or therapeutic advice.

    No Sugar Ridge Ranch product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No liability is taken by Sugar Ridge Ranch or its employees, or subsidiaries for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any Sugar Ridge Ranch product. 

    Sugar Ridge Ranch Soaps, bath bars, Lotions, Body Butters, or Lip balm Products, or personal care products are NOT for internal consumption. No liability will be assumed by Sugar Ridge Ranch or its employees, for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise, of any Sugar Ridge Ranch Product.
    Keep all Sugar Ridge Ranch products out of the reach of animals. None of our products have been tested on and are not intended to be used on animals.

    Keep all Sugar Ridge Ranch products out of the reach of children, Check with your child's physician and test for allergies to ingredients used within our formulations before using any product on minor children under your care.

    Those pregnant or nursing a baby, have epilepsy, heart disease diabetes, or high blood pressure need to seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using any Sugar Ridge Ranch Skin or product.

    We cannot be held responsible for allergy reactions. It is the end user's responsibility to be aware of thier own allergies. If you have never used our products before; and are unsure if you have allergies to any ingredient you should refrain from use and should consult your physician and under their advisement. Skin patch test new skin care products before using. This should be done under direction of your physician by applying a small amount of product to the skin on your inner arm or other suitable testing site as directed by your physician. Discontinue product use and do not use if redness or irritation occurs and consult your physician. 

    Keep all Sugar Ridge Ranch products away from eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply any product to broken or otherwise damaged skin. None of our products should be used in areas where skin damage is evident, including but not limited to: over exfoliated and abraded skin, sun burnt skin, in areas where cosmetic peels have recently been administered, or in areas of hyper sensitive skin. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occur, stop using product immediately. Wash the affected area with plenty of clean water. Consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. 

    Although skin care products do not "spoil" we recommend disposing of unused products after 6 monthes of opening. Since our products contain minimal amounts of preservatives, it is recommeded that they be used and applied with clean hands to clean skin. Honey should be consumed in a timely manner after opening.  Use only a clean utensil each time when serving honey to avoid contamination & spoilage. 



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Sugar Ridge Ranch ~ Country Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Sugar Ridge Ranch ~ Country Store ships merchandise internationally.  All international shipments must contact us either via phone 608-637-6474 USA or via e-mail [email protected] as additonal shipping & handling fees will apply. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. All shipments made within the State of Wisconsin are taxable. Shipments made outside of Wisconsin--it is the consumers responsibility to pay sales tax where applicable.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in Payment Options. Sugar Ridge Ranch ~ Country Store reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Sorry, we do not accept returns on any health, beauty or food items for safety reasons. Returns on wool or fiber items are accepted if returned in new condition, without damage of any kind. Sugar Ridge Ranch reserves the right to refuse to accept returns on items damaged by the consumer, or returned in a less than new state.  If you would like a sample of our wool product, prior to purchasing, please request in writing what you are needing and include a self addressed stamped envelope, and we will send you a sample of your requested wool item. If your products are recieved damaged, please contact the shipping company, ie USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.  The purchaser will pay the return shipping on any items returned and shipping on items exchanged.  Returned items will be issued a Store Credit for the value of the goods, redeemable for merchandise at Sugar Ridge Ranch Country Store.  Store Credit vouchers will not expire.
